“I killed myself so many times I don’t even exist anymore.”
Groundhog Day, Harold Ramis
If Sunday morning feels like a scene from “Groundhog Day”, you might need a special cure. Our advice is simple, yet very effective: Treat yourself with this vitamin bomb and the hydration levels in your body will rise asap. The secret of this juice lies in a vigorous veggie and fruit combination of parsley, cucumber and pineapple.
We hope by now, is is common knowledge that parsley is much more than just decoration on the plate or salad and soup seasoning. It is indeed an excellent source of vitamin K, C, A, iron and flavonoids, which help to prevent oxygen-based damage to the cells. Combine parsley with cucumbers and pineapple and your hangover will be destroyed by the power of potassium, magnesium and mineral manganese.
As all the ingredients above are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties, drinking a glass of this juice will make your heart and muscles strong. So, even if your morning was perfectly fine and you are not affected by the groundhog spell – try it out and enjoy your Sunday.

“Hello, Danny. Come and play with us. Come and play with us, Danny.
Forever… and ever… and ever.”
Shining, Stanley Kubrick
Not only fans of Kubrick’s works know, he was fascinated or even obsessed with RED colour. RED is energizing, powerful and stimulating. It symbolizes extremes: passion, desire but also anger and violence. All of these you can find in his films. To refresh them, just check this great “Supercut”.
For more refreshment try our juice. So simple: only two fruits, but seem to be pretty good combination: the sourness of REDcurrant is broken by watermelon’s sweetness, very passionate fusion which needs a lot of ice cubes!
For those who are not convinced yet, let me tell you REDcurrants contain much soluble fiber which helps to reduce cholesterol and also keeps blood sugar levels in control. They also have a lot of vitamin C and great amount of vitamin K which supports blood clotting. On the list of benefits you will also find iron – important for oxygen transportation to the muscles, and just as watermelon they contain a lot of lycopene, a super antioxidant, which stops free radicals from damaging your cells or can even reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.
As you see, it will give you energy and keep you very strong, even to play with Danny…

“Let’s turn on the juice and see what shakes loose.”
Beetlejuice, Tim Burton
Berlin just loves grass. This time it is all about wheatgrass, new super-food trend which conquers the city: from the food markets where you can drink fancy wheatgrass shots, through organic stores selling it as powder for green smoothies, ending with the version for extremely lazy ones – green tabs from the pharmacy.
Wheatgrass is one of the best sources of natural chlorophyll, which is important for blood building process as it neutralizes toxins in the body and helps to purify the liver. It is also extremely rich in vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, and K, proteins and many many amino-acids.
For all these reasons, I also decided to give it a try and started my own grass plantation in the kitchen. After approximately ten days I could enjoy juicy green grass ready to be mowed. I decided to combine it with parsley (to reach my limits of healthiness), apples and pineapple for a sweet and fresh taste. I don’t know if it works and energizes my mind only after one glass but the smell of this grass juice is really awesome. It’s like having all the fresh spring-moved lawns in your kitchen.
